There are many resources on the web and in print form that will educate you in real estate. It has taken us many years to fine tune our skills. Real Estate is not something you learn overnight.

We WILL assist you if you are behind in payments. BEFORE you miss a mortgage payment you should call your lender and ask for help. Your lender should accommodate you. This may take several phone calls. BE PERSISTENT. Keep calling. If you do not feel you are achieving results please contact us via our web form.

We WILL educate you in money management. Balancing a household budget is not always easy and - soon - we will provide tools to help you decide what you can and cannot afford. This will hopefully reduce your credit card balances to zero and enable you to save money.

We will also make you aware of investor scams
- people who promise to make your problems go away and instead they take your house.
- in order to keep your house you give away all the equity you have (equity stripping).
- if you agree to a short sale (or quick sale) do you know you are still liable for the full mortgage balance and may also have to pay income tax on the amount you have saved?
